I am an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) with a specialist interest in paediatric nutrition. Contact me for a free initial discussion, to see how I might help you.

Registered Dietitians (RDs) are the only qualified health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems. We work with both healthy and sick people. Uniquely, dietitians use the most up-to-date research on food, health and disease – translated into practical guidance to help you to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.

I am also a media spokesperson for the British Dietetic Association (BDA Media Spokesperson of the Year 2019), with experience of popular writing on dietary matters, and frequent contributions to TV and radio.

Alongside my private practice, I work as a Lead Principal Dietitian for a hospital on the South Coast, and previously for 5 years up to April 2023 as a paediatric dietitian at Great Ormond Street Hospital for children where I was Clinical Lead for the Feeding and Eating Disorder Service.
